August 2024
Summer School
This four-day course in August is an add on to the year's programme and is open to all children taking the test the following September.
You have the option to enrol in either the morning or the afternoon session of the course, which will take place from Monday, 12th August to Thursday, 15th August 2024, at Nascot Wood Junior School. See below for booking information.
Revision
Over the first three days, the course will provide customised revision and test practice, designed to assist children in bridging any gaps in their understanding and to hone the more complex skills required for the test.
Well-being
We also believe it's essential for children to have a safe space where they can express and navigate their emotions and anxieties about the test. The fourth day, guided by a qualified therapist, will include discussions, mindfulness, art-based therapy, and a specialist toolbox of test techniques for the children to utilise on the day.
